How to use
As a cold sauce for a wide variety of dishes in cold and hot cuisine. As a base for your own dip creations, sandwiches and salads.
Preparation
Allow the paprika mousse to warm up to room temperature, cut out coquilles with a spoon and place on the meat. Or heat carefully to about 45°C and pour over the meat in liquid form. The paprika mousse is also suitable for glazing under the salamander and as a spread for bread.
