Your advantages
Flexible working hours
With a 41.5-hour week, our employees can benefit from flexible working hours, depending on operational processes. In addition, a part-time arrangement is possible. In production, we work in two, three or four shifts, depending on the production area and workload.
Vacations, days off
Our employees are entitled to four weeks of vacation per year up to the age of 34, five weeks from the age of 35 and six weeks from the age of 55. Thanks to donated days off (May 1, the bridge day after Ascension Day and between Christmas and New Year's Day), all our employees can enjoy an additional week of vacation.
Continuing education
We support our employees not only on paper. Because personal and professional development is important to us, we support our employees financially, for example in various training, development or promotion programs.
Perks
We offer our employees reimbursements for public transport, a 20% discount on Reka checks and discounted meals in our staff restaurant. In addition, we support various extra-occupational courses and further training with an annual amount of CHF 300 per person.
Sports club
The internal sports club offers our employees a variety of training opportunities as well as seasonal events.
Social counseling
In the event of problems of a professional or private nature, our employees have the opportunity to contact our partner Movis AG directly and unbureaucratically for a free consultation.
Catering
Our public staff restaurant, run by the SV Group, offers employees a variety of menus every day at a price of CHF 9.60.
Health
Our work+ health management system is a supplement to the existing management principles, because we want to promote the personal responsibility of all employees, also with regard to their health.
