How to use

To jelly cold white meats (veal, chicken, turkey), fish and seafood. To coat open sandwiches. For ham, poultry or game mousses and terrines, for aspics, and aspic mayonnaise. For aspic mirrors.

Preparation

Boil water and let cool down to 80°C. Add jelly powder, stirring well with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
