How to use
Mostly used for desserts and sweet dishes. As a filling for tortes, cream puffs, cream slices and other sweet pastry and to prepare homemade creations.
Preparation
Mix into 6 liters of cold full cream milk for 1 minute using a whisk (or in the mixer). Allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes and then mix thoroughly again. Next, portion out and chill. If desired, enrich with fruits, cream or spirits of your choice.
