How to use
To bind all kinds of cream soups, white sauces, sauces for fish dishes, vegetables served with a white sauce, mushrooms. To bind soups and sauces prepared à la minute.
Preparation
1. Blend required amount of product into warm liquid (50°C) whilst stirring well with a whisk. 2. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
