How to use

A popular accompaniment to a wide variety of meat and meat sauce dishes, game dishes, fish dishes, gratins and stews.

Preparation

Cook the Potato dumplings in lightly salted boiling water for approx. 25 minutes. Then rinse in cold water and drain well. Before serving, toss briefly in warm butter. Note: For the preparation of large quantities, which are then kept warm for a longer period of time, the cooking time specification should be reduced by up to 1/3 depending on the intended use.
