How to use
As side dish for all kind of stews, for gratins and vegetarian main courses.
Preparation
Add the Spätzli in slightly salted, boiling water and simmer for approx. 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and let drain well. Before serving , toss briefly in warm butter.
