Further information

How to use

With all grilled or sautéed meat or fish. Also for mixing up sauces. Important: Garlic butter is not suitable for glazing. It should also not be heated above 40°C. Tip: The sauce that has been taken out of the packaging and e.g. enriched or refined can be dressed into pleasing rosettes (then frozen or simply taken to the mise en place).

Preparation

Place the slices on the meat and let them melt. Important: The slices should not be too cold when they are placed on the dish.
