Further information
How to use
For all grilled or sauted meat or fish dishes. Use to mount sauces. Important: do not use to glaze and do not heat over 40°C. Hint: the sauce can be used to refine and enrich dishes. You can dress rosettes and deep-freeze or use for mise en place.
Preparation
Place the cutted slice on the meat and let melt. Important: the slices should not be too cold when putting on the dishes.
