How to use
Mostly used for desserts and sweet dishes. As a flan or custard garnished with whipped cream, fruit coulis or compote, toppings etc.
Preparation
Bring 4 liters of full cream milk to a simmer, remove the saucepan from the hot plate and stir the content of pouch using a whisk. Bring to a simmer again whilst stirring continously and allow to simmer gently for 3 minutes. Pour into dessert moulds of you choice then allow to simmer gently for 3 minutes. Pour into dessert moulds of your choice then allow to cool for at least 3 hours in a refrigerator. Invert and garnish to taste.
