How to use

A clear Jus for all types of red meat (roasted, sautéd). Use to season or to glace.

Preparation

1. Blend required amount of product into warm water (70°C) whilst stirring well with a whisk. 2. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
