How to use
As a base to poach whole fish and fish fillets for banquets or hors-d'oeuvres. To prepare fish sauces and creamy fish soups. To enhance and strengthen the flavour of all fish dishes (soups, sauces, salads, fillings). To season bland fish fillets prior to sauting and frying.
