How to use

To prepare mousses with ham, poultry or game. To jelly cold fish dishes, lobster, crabs, scallops and shrimps. To garnish canapés with fish, eggs, asparagus, veal, chicken. For aspics and ham rolls in aspic. For Aspic Mayonnaise: Firm mayonnaise and jelly are used in equal parts. The jelly is blended with the mayonnaise after it has begun to absorb liquid.

Preparation

Boil water and let cool down to 80°C. Add product stirring well with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
