How to use

Mostly used for desserts and sweet dishes.

Preparation

Bring 2 l of full-fat milk with 2 l of full cream to a simmer, remove the saucepan from the hotplate and stir in the contents of the pouch using a whisk. Bring to a simmer again whilst stirring continously and allow to simmer gently for 3 minutes. Pour into dessert moulds of your choice then allow to cool for at least 3 hours in a refrigerator. Invert and garnish to taste.
