How to use

Mostly used for desserts and sweet dishes. As a Flan Caramel, vanilla flan with whipped cream, fruit coulis or compote, toppings etc.

Preparation

Bring 1 liter of full cream milk to a simmer, remove the saucepan from the hot plate and stir in the content of the pouch using a whisk. Bring to a simmer again whilst stirring continuously and allow to simmer gently for 3 minutes. Pour into dessert moulds of your choice then allow to cool for at least 3 hours in a refrigerator. Invert and garnish to taste. Remark: To start with, pour a little HACO burnt sugar liquid into the moulds.
