How to use
For salty or sweet crêpes with or without a filling. As a dough mixed with beer or water for meat-, fish-, vegetable or fruit dishes. To batter fish or meat, for piccata (blend dough with cheese).
Preparation
Dissolve required amount of product into cold water, add oil and season to taste. Other application: For Piccata: enrich with grated cheese For Breading: season meat or fish, dip into batter and cover with bread-crumbs.
