How to use
As base for all kinds of cream soups, white sauces, stocks and to bind homemade sauces.
Preparation
1. Blend required amount of produt into warm liquid (50°C) whilst stirring well with a whisk. 2. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
