How to use
As sauce for various meat and asparagus dishes.
Preparation
1. Blend required amount of product into lukewarm milk (30°C) stirring well with a whisk. 2. Bring to boil and add the required amount of butter stirring constantly. 3. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
