As a food manufacturer, we bear responsibility. "Forum Culinaire", the first information and training center of its kind in Switzerland, enables HACO to pass on its expertise in modern, healthy and delicious nutrition. Well over 3500 course attendees benefit from this annually. Founded in 1972, our "Forum Culinaire" is not only aimed at professionals and trainees, but also at interested members of the public.

Our objectives

Chefs carry a great deal of responsibility towards their diners. We in turn support them with all manner of information and training courses to do with food to help chefs accept this responsibility. Our objective is to bolster both creativity as well as efficiency in the kitchen. To do this we fall back on proven methods of traditional cookery as well as the latest culinary findings. Working in partnership with outside experts, our experienced chefs continuously design new forward-looking courses that seek to find innovations and creative solutions in the kitchen. We attribute the success of our "Forum Culinaire" not only to our instructors and our modern infrastructure, but also the expertise gleaned from HACO's research and development.

Our five head chefs share their professional knowledge relating to balanced, healthy nutrition with over 3500 visitors every year. This initiative is assisted and supported by in-depth knowledge and continual development, a modern, highly-efficient infrastructure and an experienced, visitor-friendly team of 10 people in total.
